Today I am really excited to share a podcast with you. I was interviewed by Trent Hogg, of the podcast Commonly Uncommon. He read my book and as the father of a young boy, he was eager to dig into my book and talk about anger and peaceful parenting.
The result is an open, honest conversation about parenting, anger (ours and our kids), and the impact of feeling our feelings (or not feeling them).
I give practical examples, stories and finish with my top 3 tips for peaceful parenting kids of any age!
The podcast is 43 minutes long and the time flies. You can listen while folding laundry, driving to work or walking.

My wish for you is that this strengthens your commitment to peaceful parenting and adds a couple tools to your parenting toolbox.
Have a listen, and let me know what you think!

Lisa
